ONLINE STORE POLICIES
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jamaica Coffee Store. Our terms and conditions are as follows:
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal for online orders.
SHIPPING RATE
We charge a flat rate based on the total weight of your order. Free Shipping is available for orders over $65. Express shipping is also available.
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer standard ground shipping to all 50 states. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivery is made within 3 to 10 business days (based on shipping option selected) within the continental United States, after the order has been processed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays sometimes occur; we will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay in shipment of order. Please allow a few days before contacting us.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES
Jamaica Coffee Store is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
Please inspect your package on arrival. You must contact us within 14 days of the original order date for refunds or exchanges. No refund will be granted after this 14-day window. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your credit card company to process and post the refund.
REQUESTING A RETURN
Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at shop@jamaicacoffeestore.com to start a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
